The operating entity's registered details and the governing law for this service are not yet published. This service is in closed beta and is not offered to the general public; if you need these details before using it, contact whoever invited you.

What this service is

AI Opportunity OS has two modes. Discover collects publicly available material — news, forum posts, package releases, public questions and search-trend data — and surfaces observations that may indicate an unmet need. Validate analyses an idea you describe, using evidence it can gather along with reasoning about competition, financial logic and risk.

Both modes produce decision support. Neither produces a finding of fact, a valuation, or a recommendation you should act on without your own verification.

Who can use it

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use this service. The service is in closed beta and is available only to people who have been invited to it.

Your account

Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.

Work in the product belongs to a workspace. If other people are members of a workspace with you, they can see its contents. Leaving or deleting your account does not remove a shared workspace that other members still use — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what deletion does.

Your content

What you put into the product — ideas, questions, notes — stays yours. You allow us to store and process it in order to provide the service to you, including by sending it to the providers named in the Privacy Policy: the text of an idea you submit to Validate is sent to our AI model provider and to Google Trends as a search term.

So do not submit confidential information you are not prepared to share with those providers, and do not submit other people's personal data.

The analysis the product produces for you is yours to use. It does not give you any rights in third-party material it quotes or links to.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, to attempt to access another workspace's data, or to probe, scan or overload the service or the third-party sources it reads.

The public sources the product reads have their own terms. Material it surfaces from them is shown to you for evaluation; it does not transfer any rights in that material to you.

What AI-generated output can and cannot tell you

Parts of this product are produced by AI models and by automated analysis. That output can be wrong. It can misread a source, miss context, or describe something with more confidence than the evidence supports.

The product is built to make that checkable rather than to hide it: an opportunity title is a verbatim quotation of the observation it came from, summaries state what was not established, a company the product could not independently confirm is labelled “Not verified”, and evidence strength is shown as a band rather than a false percentage. Use those signals. Follow the source link before you act.

No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing the product shows you is a promise that a market exists, that an idea will succeed, or that a competitor does or does not.

Financial analysis

Financial figures are estimates and scenarios, not accounting, investment or tax advice, and not a valuation. Where an input has not been observed the product reports it as unavailable rather than filling it in, and every figure carries the basis it was derived from.

Nothing in the product is legal advice either. Validate consequential decisions independently, with someone qualified to advise you.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers — for sign-in, hosting, AI models and search-trend data — and on public sources. When one of them is unavailable, the affected part of the product says so rather than substituting invented data.

Fees

The product has no billing or payment function during the closed beta and takes no payment from you.

Availability and changes

This service is in closed beta. It may be unavailable, may change, and may lose features without notice. Scheduled collection depends on third-party sources that can fail or rate-limit; when a source cannot be reached the product records that rather than substituting invented data.

Warranties and liability

Clauses on warranties and on the limitation of liability are being finalised with counsel and will be published here before the service is offered to the general public.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached or if continuing to provide the service is not viable. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can export or delete your account and data from Settings.

Changes to these terms

These terms carry a version. If they change materially you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue using the service; until then you can still export or delete your data. The record of which version you accepted is kept until you delete your account.
